This page explains what data we receive when you send a request on the JustDM website, why we need it and how we store it.

Who we are

JustDM is a software development studio (Dmytro Malykhin, Odesa, Ukraine). For any data questions, message us on Telegram.

What we receive

When you send a request: your name, contact (Telegram, email or phone), your message, the site language and the page you sent it from.

Technically: the IP address the request came from. We use it only to protect against spam, and it is erased automatically after 90 days.

Why

To reply to your request, estimate the task and discuss working together. We don't send newsletters and don't share your data for advertising.

Where it's stored and who sees it

Data is stored on our server in the EU (Hetzner). We get notified about new requests in Telegram, so the request text passes through Telegram.

Only the JustDM team handling your request can access it.

How long

We keep a request as long as it's needed to discuss your project. You can ask us to delete it at any time and we will.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses no advertising cookies or third-party trackers. The only cookie is a technical one for the team's admin panel; it is never set for visitors.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted. Message us on Telegram and we'll reply within a business day.
